We need to take care of our teeth so they stay strong, clean, and healthy. Our teeth help us chew our food, talk clearly, and give us a big, happy smile. If we don’t brush our teeth, germs called 'sugar bugs' can make holes called cavities, and that can hurt. So we brush our teeth every morning and night, and visit the dentist to keep our teeth healthy and shiny.

The Food Pyramid is a guide that helps us know what to eat to stay healthy and strong. It shows different kinds of foods our bodies need every day. Grains like bread and rice give us energy, fruits and vegetables help us stay healthy and strong, protein like eggs and chicken builds our muscles, and dairy like milk and cheese makes our bones and teeth strong. Sweets and chips are okay sometimes, but just a little! When we eat the right foods from each group, we can run, play, and grow big and strong.
